Fee is required before papers will be served. Please use GOOGLE MAP to find round trip mileage and add to fee. Addresses inside our city limits will not be charged. Checks or money orders should be made out to the Morgan County Sheriff's Office. Under section 57.280,RSMo counties are required to submit fees for service of any summons, writ, subpoena, or any other order of the court for deposit into the Deputy Sheriff Salary Supplementation Fund (section 57.278) and the Sheriffs' Retirement Fund (section 57.952). All fees have increased by $5.00.
